Let’s travel to the islands of Hawaii, where everything tastes delicious and everyone is beautiful. Here you’ll find a popular strain by the name of Maui Berry, but whether it originated in this tropical place or not remains unknown. In fact, people don’t even know who to thank for this lovely strain, and while many believe that it was bred by crossing Maui Wowie and Blueberry, even that isn’t certain.

What we do know is that Maui Berry brings the perfect amount of THC to your luau, with an average of 22% that’s gentle enough for new users and strong enough for everyone else. Nugs tend to be light green with hints of deep olive and a contrasting array of bright orange pistils. Tons of trichomes and a sticky coating of resin make your mouth water just looking at them. Sweet tooths take note, as Maui Berry is full of citrus and berry flavours and smells that awaken your senses.

A really nice set of effects accompany this strain, and while it’s slightly indica-dominant many do note that you can feel some energetic vibes during the initial part of your high. Rather than feeling like you have to clean the house or run a marathon, you’ll simply want to hang out with friends, go do something fun, and have enough get up and go to leave your couch and then some. The comedown associated with Maui Berry is very gentle yet leaves you with a massive case of the munchies, so bring the snacks!

Many love this strain for its ability to ease aches and pains like nothing else. Any sort of issue including cramps, headaches, and muscle soreness will vanish, and mental concerns that include stress or depression simply disappear. A great all-around strain for issues like fatigue or nausea, there’s not really much that Maui Berry can’t do.

Do you have the desire to grow this strain at home? Awesome, because she’s super easy and will gift you with a nice yield. Either indoor or outdoor cultivation is just fine and as this plant is resistant to common moulds and mildews, you don’t really need to do a whole lot of maintenance. After 8 to 9 weeks she’s ready to harvest when cultivated inside, but outside growth can extend to the middle of October as long as she’s kept warm and happy.

You don’t have to travel to Hawaii in order to enjoy this lush strain, but smoking a bit of it might make you feel like you’re already there. Great as a dessert smoke or a daytime activity to get you starting off on the right foot, Maui Berry is easy to get along with a plant that only wants to bring good vibes into your world.

    I had to try this one. Blueberry and Maui Wowie are two of my all time favs. Disappointed that it was all small buds, but they were nice and tight and packed lots of flavor. Nice buzz too. I love a good sativa. Definitely will buy again.

    The buds are small though tight and usually I take a star off for all small buds, but I love this strain so much I can’t take away a star as of yet. This is a great smoke with a wonderful cerebral high. I cannot get enough of this strain. It truly has became a favorite of mine. I hope no one else likes it as much as me so I can have it all to myself lol. 🙂
