As far as flavour goes, this bud lives up to its name; it tastes sweet and fruity with sugary bananas blended together with sharp sour apples. There’s also a subtle hint of black pepper in there too. The aroma takes on more savoury diesel tones mixed with sweetness.

    This used to be a very low end strain, but it’s definitely been subject to loads of TLC, to create an abundance of THC, great smell, taste, loaded with trichomes! Thanks again BB!     Had this strain from here a few months ago and LOVED it – no complaints (thus the re-order). This batch is not good. I have had bad luck with certain craft stains from BB – they all have this “chemical” taste, but not due to the strain having chemical lineage, except one (ChemChill) – I’ve had Forbidden Fruit, Goofiez, Compound Z and the ChemChill and all of them had this chemical taste in different concentrations.

    …and now the Apples and Bananas has the same smell/taste. Mind you, I have had it in a jar with a humidity pack and it seems to be getting less chemically and more fruity, so maybe it just needs to cure more (will report back in a week or so). It just sucks being stuck having to smoke these offensive smell/taste strains (and after pointing it out in the past, I was just given a $20 store credit, so it’s not worth complaining to customer service anymore I guess) 🙁 🙁
