When notified, my order could not be fulfilled and I was forced to choose from a different selection of weed, which was pricier than my previous cancelled order. Again, when notified, I was told the difference would be compensated with a complimentary gift. Not only did I not receive the gift, the quality of the buds seem to have dimished even though the price was higher. Long time customer, a bit disappointed with the service. (item 1/2)
