    The first night I took 6 drops of this 2000 MG highly effective tincture. Night one I had been tired to begin with and my first time trying a tincture and 6 drops , I crashed out with a bag of humpty dumpy cheeses and woke up with cheese sticks all over my bed ,tabke and floor that was highly effective, I took some more the next night and had a nice deep sleep . night 3 I decided not to take cause my aunt and uncle celebrated their 50 year wedding anniversary.
