follow up ... dido for everything in my last review but for me this is not one for the daytime. Especially if you want to get things done. It added about 20 extras pounds to each of my legs ( well it felt like it ). Having a twenty minute walk to the grocery store took way heavier & longer than it should, I won't talk about the long walk home.... So I switched it to the evening. Much better
