Usually get my package within 4 business days. Ordered on Monday and got a email saying it was shipped and should be delivered by Thursday. Checked the tracking on Thursday and didn't receive anything. Checked again Friday and the tracking said not until the following Wednesday, Called Canada post Friday and they said that you got a shipping number Monday but they didn't receive my package until Thursday and that I won't receive my order until Wednesday. I understand with covid that it takes longer to ship but can't understand why I got a tracking number on Monday if you didn't ship my order until 3 business days later.
