Distillate is hands down 5 stars, probably one of the best on the market. The cartridges themselves however, are hands down the cheapest pieces of junk out there. Why in the world a company with such a high quality distillate would drop it into these things is beyond me, it's like putting a Rolls-Royce engine into a Fiat, like come on guys. BB customer service was excellent, I submitted photos of what happened and they took care of me. I'll definitely be sticking with Bulk Buddy, taking a break from High Voltage until they get their product together.
