Incredibly priced amazing smoke

I would have loved to try Bulk Buddy, however, my "confirmed" order of 94 octane, that was marked as "shipped" was nothing but a pipe dream. How can there be no stock left on an order that has been "confirmed", "shipped", and payment accepted a full day prior?? As someone new to the shop I am less than impressed with the order/shipping services that BB attempted to provide me. Sammy my BB customer service rep was great to deal with and empathetic, but that's the only good thing I have to say about my experience here.
